Conference Hotel
We reserved a block of standard rooms (queen or king bed) in the On The Ave Hotel located at 2178 Broadway at W 77 st (5 subway stations from the conference venue at Columbia). The rate per night is $179 (for either single or double occupancy). Deluxe rooms (two double beds) are subject to availability and the cost per night is $229.
In order to book a room, please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-509-7598 and mention the group name: ACM Sigmetrics 2010. The cut-off date is Apr. 29, 2010. After the cut-off date, all rooms will be subject to availability. Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.
Students who register to the conference by May 21, 2010 will be eligible to free accommodation in the Columbia dorms during the events for which they are registered (main conference, workshops, etc.). Each two rooms will share a bathroom. It is possible to indicate in the registration forms a name of the student one prefers to have in the adjoining room (the two students should have the same check-in and check-out dates and should indicate each other in both forms).
