IMPORTANT:

  • For each full paper in the main conference, at least one author must register for (at least) the main conference at the author rate. This rate item should be visible in the last step of the registration process as "Main Conference (Author)" and its pricing is similar to the non-student pricing.
  • For each paper in a workshop, at least one author must either (1) register at the workshops author rate (visible as "Workshops Only (Author)") if only attending the workshop, or (2) register for the main conference + workshops without any restrictions on the rate type.

*Early registration deadline is April 30th May 7th, 2025.

Regular registration deadline is June 8th, 2025.

  • In addition, we will also have a unique Mentoring & Networking Workshop that will be open to junior faculty, postdocs, and industry researchers. The workshop will take place on Monday, June 9th, from 3-8pm and will include dinner. Those who wish to attend the workshop must register for it via the usual registration site. The workshop registration fee is $150 for early, $200 for regular, and $250 for late. However, if you are a Sigmetrics 2025 TPC member, this fee is waived; you should have received details about this from the Mentoring Workshop chairs.
